Established in 2011, the firm provides full management company services to Luxembourg-domiciled funds and offers turnkey solutions in all aspects of administration and servicing of the investment vehicle and supporting structure. The services of the firm include Manco hosting, multi-investment platform, securitization solutions, risk management, corporate services, and fund distribution. Since February 2018 LIS is part of Sanne Group. The assets of the firm are managed by the executive management team.
