Windsor Retirement Plan is a defined contribution public pension fund at Windsor, Connecticut. Established in 1995, the fund is a public employee retirement system (PERS), which covers all town employees (except police officers) and all employees of the board of education not eligible for membership in the state of Connecticut Teacher's Retirement Plan. The assets of the fund are managed and governed by an executive management team.
