Ajax Holdings is a direct investment firm based in Aspen, Colorado. Established in 2013, the firm is an investment group put together by energy executive Charif Souki and his family. It primarily focuses on real estate investment, new construction, redevelopment, brokerage, and management of commercial, residential, and hotel properties in selected niche markets throughout the US. The assets of the firm are managed and governed by the executive management team.
