Bank Austria

Bank Austria is a banking institution based in Vienna, Austria. Established in 1991, the bank provides various banking products and services to private and corporate customers in Europe and internationally. Bank Austria has been a member of UniCredit since November 2005. Within UniCredit, it acts as a sub-holding company of the Group and is responsible for overseeing the Group's banking activities in the CEE region, excluding Poland which is under the direct management of UniCredit. The assets of the bank are managed by the supervisory board.
