CDV5 Foundation (Vanderweide Family Foundation) is an independent non-profit foundation based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Established in 1992 by Cheri Devos, the foundation supports organizations that are aligned with its programmatic and geographical focus. The foundation strives to support children, families, and communities in greater Grand Rapids and select communities around the world in their quest to attain the resources needed to discover and achieve their purpose in life.
