Charles Pankow Foundation (CPF) is a non-profit organization based in Vancouver, Washington. Established in 2002, it is a private, independent, non-profit, public benefit, a philanthropic foundation, established exclusively for scientific, educational, and other charitable purposes. The foundation was established to provide the Architecture Engineering and Construction Industry with a better way to design and build. It seeks to advance innovations in building design and construction through research, so as to provide the public with buildings of improved quality, efficiency and value. The assets of the foundation are managed and governed by a board of directors.Charles Pankow Foundation's investment portfolio is valued at over US$25.67 million, with investments in private equity, fixed income, cash, and hedge funds.
