CVF Capital Partners is a Davis, California-based private investment firm providing flexible debt and minority equity capital to lower-middle-market businesses, primarily in the Western United States with emphasis on California and the Pacific Northwest. It invests through senior debt, subordinated debt, preferred stock and minority equity for growth, acquisitions, recapitalizations and ownership transitions, with a mezzanine orientation and some later-stage healthcare exposure. Typical investments are $5M-$15M in companies with $20M-$100M of revenue and more than $2M of EBITDA, across business services, logistics, niche manufacturing, healthcare, and food, beverage and agriculture.
