Damier

Damier is an investment vehicle that primarily focuses on investing or co-investing in European companies active in branded consumer sectors and more specifically in the consumer healthcare sector. Damier is also looking to acquire or invest in well-established brands or innovative technologies in the consumer healthcare, beauty, personal care and medical devices sectors. Damier was founded by Yvan Vindevogel, a successful entrepreneur who has established his roots in the healthcare business. As the co-founder of Omega Pharma and as the founder of Vemedia Pharma, two prominent leading international companies active in the consumer healthcare sector, Yvan Vindevogel has acquired an intimate knowledge of the consumer healthcare industry and is nowadays a recognised character in his area of expertise. Damier’s ambition is two-folded. On the one-hand, it will seek to build up a healthcare group by intertwining companies, brands or distribution platforms that demonstrate a natural fit to grow together and benefit from each other.
