Dayang Enterprise Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company listed on Bursa Malaysia, headquartered in Miri, Sarawak. Founded in 1980, the company is one of the earliest and most experienced providers of integrated services to the oil and gas industry in Malaysia, offering offshore topside maintenance services, minor fabrication works, hook-up and commissioning services, and chartering of marine vessels. Dayang operates through its key subsidiaries including Dayang Enterprise Sdn Bhd and DESB Marine Services Sdn Bhd, serving major clients such as Petronas Carigali, Shell Malaysia, and ExxonMobil. The company also holds a controlling stake of approximately 64 percent in Perdana Petroleum Berhad, which provides marine support services with a fleet of fourteen vessels. Dayang recorded total group revenue of approximately RM 984 million for the financial year ended December 2022 and employs over 2,000 people.
