Investment Corporation of Duba (ICD) is a Sovereign Wealth Fund headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was formed in May 2006, with the transfer of the government's portfolio of investments from The Department of Finance's Investment Division. Its goals is to help better manage Dubai's state-owned enterprises.Investment Corporation of Dubai is the investment arm of The Government of Dubai. ICD's mandate is to generate a superior return on investment, in a way that will benefit the regional financial community. The Investment Corporation of Dubai is under a mandate to consolidate and manage the Government of Dubai portfolio of commercial companies and investments, and provide strategic oversight to the portfolio. The assets of the firm are managed and administered under the leadership of the board of directors.
