IP Investimenti e Partecipazioni is a limited partner based in Turin, Italy. Established in 2008, it is a private and independent investment company controlled by the Denegri family that operates in Europe and internationally, specializing in leveraged buy-outs, management buy-outs, industrial spin-offs and turnarounds. IP Investimenti e Partecipazioni invests in industrial, commercial and service businesses, buying majority shareholdings or qualified minority shareholdings as co-investors with management and other financial or industrial brokers. The assets are managed and governed by the Board of Directors.
