Formed in 1994, Keystone Capital, Inc. is a private equity investment firm which manages in excess of $100 million in committed capital. The firm's mission is to acquire and build a portfolio of exceptionally high quality mid-sized businesses which are leaders in their niche markets. Keystone targets companies with sales of $20 million to $100 million and an EBITDA of $3 million or more. Keystone targets companies in Business & Information Services, Consulting & Inspection Services, Industrial Technology, Food, Ingredients & Food Packaging Healthcare Products & Services, and other Niche/Specialty Manufacturing. Keystone will invest anywhere in the U.S., but will not invest in Start-ups, Turnarounds, Commodities, Defense/Government Contractors, or Retail and Restaurants.
