KV Private Equity is an Edmonton, Canada based private equity firm which was launched in 2014 as a new business venture of the corporate group that includes KV Capital Inc. and KV Mortgage Fund Inc. The firm invests in companies based in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan and operating in the business services, consumer retail, industrial manufacturing, materials and oil field service sectors.
