Magic Johnson Enterprises is a Beverly Hills-based family office and holding company founded by Earvin “Magic” Johnson. It invests in and operates businesses serving ethnically diverse and underserved urban communities, with private-markets relevance strongest in real estate and retail. Through Canyon-Johnson Urban Fund, it has pursued urban U.S. acquisition and development projects across mixed-use, retail, multifamily and office assets, including California, District of Columbia and the Southeast, and has used co-investment structures with institutional LPs.
