Established in 1998, the firm invests in private equity, private debt, and special situations across a number of industries including energy, natural resources, industrials, software and technology, financial services, and real estate. The firm provides other firms with a single source of flexible capital without restrictions on industry, investment structure, or investment horizon. The firm acquires 100% of a company that has future growth potential under a new ownership structure. The firm provides the owners of family-owned, closely-held, over-leveraged, or under-capitalized businesses with liquidity while allowing them to retain significant ownership and day-to-day operational control. The assets of the firm are managed by the executive management team.
