Maritz Holdings Retirement Plan

Maritz Retirement Plan is a single-employer noncontributory defined-benefit pension corporate pension based in Fenton, Missouri. Established in 1966, the plan is established to provide pension benefits to the qualified full time and part-time employees of Maritz Holdings and domestic subsidiaries. Employees are a participant in the plan if they participated in the prior retirement plan and were an active employee on January 1, 1996. Otherwise, employees are eligible after completing 1,000 hours in the first 12 months of employment, if attained by April 30, 2007. The plan assets are managed and administrated by the executive management team.
