Mergenet Solutions, Inc. is a technology incubator and parent company of Mergenet Medical Inc (MMI), a healthcare technology incubator launched in 2004 to identify, develop, finance and manage innovative products for the medical market. Additional companies under Mergenet Solutions corporate management include InnoMed Technologies, RespCare, and InnoMed CriticalCare. Mergenet Solutions companies have associations with a network of over 3,500 DME's (Durable Medical Equipment Companies) in the USA and Canada, have developed alliances with major medical product distributors, and have established partnerships with contract manufacturers.
