Michigan Family Office is a Detroit-based family office and direct investor focused on direct equity investments in lower middle market private equity, early-stage companies and real estate. It targets U.S. operating businesses with at least $500,000 of EBITDA and invests up to $25M per acquisition, with a preference for Michigan, Midwest, West Coast and California opportunities. The firm pursues patient capital, majority ownership, growth capital, leveraged buyouts and acquisitions, especially businesses with real estate components across sectors including real estate, retail, senior care, consumer services, travel, education, TMT, finance and B2B.
