Monticello Asset Management is an investment management firm, registered as an investment adviser that provides advisory services to individuals and institutional clients through privately offered pooled investment vehicles. The firm provides short-term, bridge financing for real estate assets that are in the process of obtaining permanent financing from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), as well as other state and federal programs. It works with its clients to provide financing for renewable energy assets as a bridge to tax credit equity or government-backed financing.
