It is a real estate investment corporation whose principal activities include the acquisition and ownership of commercial and multi-unit residential real estate properties. The Company's real estate management services provide institutional and private investors with property management services such as acquisition, development, disposition, leasing, and performance measurement of various real estate properties. It owns a diversified portfolio of office, industrial, retail and multi-unit residential properties located in Canada and in the United States. These assets are located in major centers across eight Canadian provinces and four states in eastern United States. The Company owns a diversified portfolio of 103 multi-unit residential, retail, office and industrial properties.
