N40 Capital is a Valencia-based family office investing long-term capital in industrial companies and real estate across Spain. It focuses on succession situations, financially distressed businesses and new projects, with sector exposure including manufacturing, construction, food and beverage and real estate, and has annual new investment capacity of around €25 million.
