NBK Capital Partners, formerly known as NBK Capital Limited, is based in the DIFC, Dubai under DFSA jurisdiction with a presence in Kuwait and Turkey. Originally formed in 2005 as the Alternative Investments Group of NBK Capital, a subsidiary of the National Bank of Kuwait, the group rebranded in 2015 as NBK Capital Partners. NBK Capital Partners operates with a separate Investment Committee and a fully dedicated investment team. Since the launch of its first fund in 2007, NBK Capital Partners has successfully sourced and executed 20 investments, primarily across the consumer, education and healthcare sectors, and exited 11 investments. With the launch of the first mezzanine fund in the MENA region in 2009, we are the leading mezzanine debt investor with the largest number of investments and exits in the region.
