New Development Bank

New Development Bank (NDB) is an economic development agency based in Shanghai, China. Established in 2014, the main objectives of NDB are fostering development of member countries, supporting economic growth, building a knowledge sharing platform among developing countries, promoting competitiveness and facilitating job creation and building a knowledge sharing platform among developing countries. To fulfill its purpose, the bank supports public or private projects through loans, guarantees, equity participation and other financial instruments. The assets of the firm are managed by the board of directors and governors. The board is assisted by the finance and Credit and Investment Committee.
