Priddy Foundation

Priddy Foundation is an independent non-profit foundation based in Wichita Falls, Texas. The foundation is dedicated to the support of programs in human services, education, the arts, and health, so as to offer the potential for individual development and community improvement. Established in 1963 by Walter M. Priddy and Swannanoa H. Priddy, it was primarily a vehicle for the founders' personal charities, with a principal focus on Wichita Falls, Texas and the states of Virginia and North Carolina. The assets of the firm are managed by the board of trustees.Priddy Foundation is currently not investing in private equity or venture capital.
