Progressive Funding Solutions is a financial services firm which was also a private equity firm based in Fort Worth, Texas. The firm did not prefer to invest in the early stage or turnarounds companies. It used to invest in the energy, infrastructure, hospitality, healthcare, technology and entertainment sectors through growth capital, recapitalization, strategic acquisitions and carve-outs financing by taking both majority and minority stake. They provide interim construction financing, fixed-rate loans, or complex equity structure service but not making new investments.
