PTC India Financial Services is an investment company promoted by PTC India as a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1956, and registered with RBI as a NBFC. It has been set up as a special purpose investment vehicle to provide total financing solutions to the energy value chain which includes investing in equity and extending debt to power projects in generation, transmission, distribution, fuel sources, equipment manufacturers and carbon credit finance. PFS also provide fee based services in the energy space.
