Qatar Investment Authority

Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) is a sovereign wealth fund managing state capital across public markets, private equity, infrastructure, and select venture exposure, usually through fund investments or large late-stage deals. QIA does not participate in early-stage startup fundraising. For founders, QIA is not actionable for seed or Series A rounds and should only be relevant in the context of very large, late-stage, strategic, or fund-level investments.
