Ratos

Ratos is an investment company that focuses on investments in mid-sized private companies that are based in the Nordic region. It is the largest owner in the portfolio companies, but can also have a minority holdings. It also co-invests with entrepreneurs and other stakeholders, but have a minimum holding of 20%. It does not invest in the early phases of companies' life cycles. The firm was founded in 1934 and is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
