Royalty Capital Management

Royalty Capital Management was a Lexington, Massachusetts based venture capital firm with an investing methodology that is royalty-based rather than equity-based. Capital is invested in exchange for a cash income stream sourced from a fixed percentage of a company's monthly gross cash receipts. These royalty payments continue until the Fund receives back a certain multiple of its invested capital. Liquidity and an exit are intrinsic to the structure.
