SAS Retirement Plan

SAS Retirement Plan is a single-employer defined contribution corporate pension fund based in Cary, North Carolina. Established in 1976, the plan provides retirement, death and disability benefits to the employees of SAS Institute and affiliated employers who have adopted the plan. The assets of the pension fund are managed by the executive management team. The accounting records of the plan are maintained by the Fidelity Investments Institutional Operations Company and Fidelity Management Trust Company, the trustee and record-keeper of the plan.
