Shinhan Investment-Private Equity is the Seoul-based private equity arm of Shinhan Venture Investment, providing growth capital and control-oriented financing for corporate value enhancement, including working capital, capex, new business, M&A, governance improvement and succession situations. It targets PE growth/expansion, buyout and M&A opportunities, and also has U.S. later-stage venture exposure in biotechnology, life sciences and pharmaceuticals.
