SPE Capital is a boutique private equity firm that was formed in 2016 from a spinout from Swicorp, a leading regional investment banking firm. The firm pursues growth equity investments across Africa and the Middle East, with a view to obtain majority positions and minority stakes. It focus on growing, mid-size companies operating in the industrial good, fast moving consumer good, manufacturing, food processing, logistic, healthcare and education sectors.
