Tsinghua University Education Foundation (TUEF) is a foundation based in Beijing, China. Established in 1994, TUEF is a national non-public foundation established with the approval of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China. The purpose of TUEF is to promote the development of Chinese educational cause, improve educational quality, level and strive for supports and donations from domestic, foreign organizations and individuals. It is mainly used to support the development of educational undertakings of the university, award excellent students and help poor students. The assets of the foundation are managed by the board of management.Tsinghua University Education Foundation is currently investing in private equity.
