Vancouver Economic Commission is an economic development agency based in Vancouver, Canada. Founded in 1996, the firm supports city's existing businesses, attracts foreign investments and promotes international trade. The VEC works to position Vancouver as a globally recognized city for innovative, creative and sustainable business by strengthening tech, digital entertainment and green economy sectors through strategic programs and initiatives that address each stage of the business growth continuum.
