VF Capital is a direct investment firm based in Miri, Malaysia. Established in 2004, the firm is a private equity company with diversified investment in transportation, property development and holds a substantial interest in the Rimbunan Hijau Group. The firm is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Priharta Development. The firm is set up to provide venture capital to technology companies for expansion and development. The assets of the firm are managed by the board of directors.
