Vivaris Capital is an investment firm which specializes in growth equity and real estate transactions. The firm's real estate opportunities within the fund consists of real estate developments, value-added acquisitions, international properties, bridge equity, and hard money loans. The investments in growth equity in general are majority equity stakes or in certain circumstances, minority positions with negative controls. It invests in companies operating in the technology, real estate, industrial, technology and medical sectors. The firm was founded in 1998 and is based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
