Vulcan Real Estate is the Seattle-based real estate investment and development arm of Vale Group LLC, the Paul G. Allen estate vehicle. It deploys capital through direct development, acquisitions and long-term holds across the Pacific Northwest, with a strong Seattle and Bellevue footprint. The platform focuses on office, multifamily, mixed-use, life sciences, industrial and retail real estate, and fits an Other investment-stage classification rather than venture rounds. Since 2001, it has invested more than $6.7 billion across 52 projects, with typical project investments of $100 million to $500 million.
