Alex Jiang

Alex brings his rich expertise in consumer products, retail, and e-commerce, including areas such as strategy, organization, operation, and M&A activities. Alex believes that customization is the future of business and digitalization is the prerequisite of a successful operation. Alex hopes to help the DCM companies to build such capabilities. Before joining DCM, Alex helped VIPShop to successfully conduct US IPO in the role of Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, Alex has over 20 years experience working at Dangdang.com, China Resources Group and Carrefour. He also has two successful entrepreneurial initiatives including one management consulting company and one international trade factory. Alex is passionate about traveling and fine food, and once owned a Chongqing hotpot restaurant. He enjoys jazz, keen on interior design, and loves vintage collections. He is enthusiastic about charity and has tried his best to help students from poor families achieve better education opportunities and working abilities since 2000.
