Flexpoint Ford Partners is an equity investment firm focused on the healthcare and financial services industries. The Principals have invested over $1.5 billion in more than 20 private equity transactions. The firm invests in growing healthcare and financial service companies with positive cash flow and looks to invest $20 to $300 million of equity in each opportunity. Although Flexpoint typically acquires majority equity ownership, the firm will also invest in companies through a broad range of investment structures, including structured minority equity investment in either private or public companies, negotiated transactions involving preferred stock or debt securities, and public market purchases of equity or distressed debt.
