Danilo Casadei Massari

Danilo Massari is the Co-Founder & serves as President and Head of Corporate Development & Board Member of Prismic Pharmaceuticals. He is a Board Member of Glycemicon. Danilo Massari is a Co-Founder of Nemysis and also serves as its Cp-Chief Executive Officer & Chairman. He is currently a Director on the boards of two companies in the US (Prismic Pharmaceuticals Inc and Clinical Information Network Inc) where he is a founding member, and two in Italy (Difass International Srl and InterAlia Srl). He served as Member of Health for Life Capital Fund Investment Committee at Seventure Partners. He has over 30 years of senior management experience in the pharmaceutical field and is a highly successful serial entrepreneur. Most recently he was a founder and President of CM&D Pharma Ltd, a medical food company sold to Nestle Health Science in 2011. Prior appointments include VP Corporate Development at Madaus Group, CEO of Madaus Italy, and Board positions at Fidia Farmaceutici SpA and Sinclair Pharmaceuticals Ltd. He is an expert in start-ups and co-ventures in the pharmaceutical sector. He also serves as an Independent Director at TargEDys.
