Deborah Monosson

Deborah Monosson, President & CEO, began her career at BF&EC in 1989 in sales. She became Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 1994 and in 2000 was promoted to President and CEO, moving her father, Sonny Monosson, the founder of BF&EC up to Chairman of the Board. Deborah previously worked for E.F Hutton and Dean Witter Reynolds in the early 80s, and after obtaining her MBA at Boston University worked in public relations for a now defunct software company. Deborah has been active in the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association as a past board member, the Equipment Leasing and Finance Foundation, as past trustee and treasurer and the Commercial Finance Association, as past Chairperson of the Board. She has also been active locally in ACG Boston, TMA Boston and the MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge. She is a graduate of Skidmore College
