Devin Talbott

Devin is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Enlightenment Capital. Previously, he was a Vice President at D. E. Shaw’s direct capital strategy, and formerly at TCG Financial Partners, a merchant bank founded by former Defense Secretary William Cohen, focusing on the defense & government sector. Devin began his career in the mergers & acquisitions group at Lazard in New York. He received his JD and MBA degrees from Georgetown University, and his BA, magna cum laude, in Law and Spanish from Amherst College. Devin is on the advisory board of the Aspen Security Forum, is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, co-founded GenerationEngage (a youth civic engagement non-profit), and is a member of the New York State Bar.
