Humberto Zesati has over 18 years of Venture Capital and Private Equity investment experience in Mexico and the U.S.
Mr. Zesati founded in 2000 LIV Capital, one of the Mexican private equity funds with more experience in the sector. The Fund, through its 4 (four) investment vehicles, has invested in more than 25 Mexican companies from different sectors such as technology, media, telecommunications and financial services.
Previously, from 1996 to 1999, Mr. Zesati was the co-CEO and co-Founding Partner of VPN Desarollo Inmobiliario S.A. de C.V., a leading Mexican real estate developer.
From 1993 to 1996, he was a Managing Partner in Grupo Infinitti, S.A. de C.V., a tourism oriented real estate development company.
Mr. Zesati received an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico.
He sits on the board of directors of several companies such as Logyt, Centro University, WOBI, Ánima Estudios and Interfactura.
He also participates since 2010 as President of Special Olympics in Mexico, a leading institution focused in the integration of people with intellectual disabilities into society.
