John Martinson

John Martinson was the Founder of Edison Partners. He serves as Chairman at Martinson Ventures. He serves as Board Member at InfoMC. In 1986 John Martinson founded Edison Ventures and currently serves as General Partner. Edison invested $1 billion in 195 East Coast software companies. John brings best practices and Edison's value added programs to Clearpoint's BOD. He has financed and guided over 50 information technology business serving drug, healthcare and education applications. John received BS from US Air Force Academy, two Masters and two honorary PhD degrees. He was Chairman of National Venture Capital Association and currently serves as Chairman at Martinson Ventures.
