Lixin Li

Lixin joined NLVC in 2009 with more than 20 years’ experience in operations, corporate management, startup ventures and investing. Lixin has acquired in-depth knowledge of local corporate management, capital markets and valuation of domestic enterprises. He has not only led several successful merger and acquisition transactions, but also co-founded a startup focusing on image processing and recording, which was later acquired by Beida Jadebird Group. Since then, Lixin has served as the CEO in a China A-share listed company, and served on the board of directors of several Chinese and Hong Kong public companies. Lixin holds a BS in electrical engineering, Tsinghua University and continued to pursue the incumbent graduate from the School of Economics and Management from Tsinghua University after stayed the faculty.
