Nathaniel Dalton

Nathaniel Dalton is the Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer at Affiliated Managers Group. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Affiliated Managers Group. He also served as Board Observer at Pantheon Ventures. Prior to joining AMG, Dalton was an attorney at Goodwin Procter, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, including those in the asset management industry. He is the Treasurer and a Trustee of the Tower School in Marblehead, Massachusetts, and the founder and President of Guard Support of Massachusetts, a charitable organization that provides assistance to units and families of the Massachusetts National Guard. Dalton also serves on The Focus Consulting Group Advisory Board. He received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
