Nicholas Brathwaite

Nicholas Brathwaite serves as Co-Founding Partner at WRV Capital. He also serves as a Co-Founding Managing Partner at WRVI Capital. He is a Chief Technology Officer at Katerra. He is a Board Member of Kyulux and BrightSource Energy. He also served as a Board Member at Calysta. He has served on Inphi Board since September 2013 and Chairman of the nominating and corporate governance committee. He has been a Founding Partner of Riverwood Capital since 2008. Brathwaite served as Chief Executive Officer of Aptina Imaging Corporation from April 2008 to July 2009 and was Chairman of the board from 2009, until it was sold to ON Semiconductor in 2014. Prior to Aptina, he joined Flextronics International Ltd. in 1995 as its Vice President of Technology and from 2000 to 2007, he served as Chief Technology Officer. Flextronics acquired nChip, where Brathwaite held the position of Vice President and General Manager of operations from 1992 to 1996. Brathwaite also spent six years with Intel Corporation in various engineering management positions in technology development and manufacturing. Brathwaite received a B.S. degree in Applied Chemistry from McMaster University, and an M.S. degree in Polymer Science & Engineering from University of Waterloo. He has also completed the Wharton Executive Education Training Program on Corporate Governance.
