Suntrust Investment Co. manages the assets of 2 custodian banks whose clients are high net worth individuals. Suntrust has full discretion over the clients' accounts and their assets are invested in individual stocks and bonds as well as long-only and alternative funds. The firm works with the larger banks and fund management firms in Switzerland to gain access to funds of hedge funds. At this time however the firm has no apetite for funds of funds investments.
