LNK Partners is a private equity firm that backs management teams building consumer and retail businesses. LNK invests up to $150 million of equity per transaction. The firm's founding partners are David Landau, the former head of U.S. consumer and retail group of private equity firm Apax Partners; Henry Nasella, the former President of Staples and CEO of Star Markets; and Bruce Klatsky, the former Chairman and CEO of Phillips-Van Heusen. LNK is comfortable being a minority or majority shareholder in growth capital, buyouts, recapitalizations, or PIPEs. The firm's most recent fund, closed in 2006, has $400 million in committed capital.
