Rajesh Krishnamurthy

Rajesh Krishnamurthy serves as Executive Vice President Head, Energy & Communications and Services (Europe) Head of Europe at Infosys Technologies. He also is an Angel Investor. As P&L Leader and Segment Head, Rajesh is responsible for a $1.1 billion business and is in charge of setting the vision, creating and implementing the strategy and driving growth. He also holds additional responsibility as Head of Europe which crossed the $2 billion mark in fiscal year 2014. Till recently, Rajesh was head of the Financial Services and Insurance business in Europe. Prior to that, Rajesh ran the global Consulting & Systems Integration (C&SI) practice for the Retail, CPG and Life Sciences (RCL) industry group, spanning management consulting services, package application services (SAP, Oracle etc.) and advanced technologies. He was responsible for a team of over 12,000 consultants and $800 million in revenues. Rajesh is also the Global SAP practice leader for Infosys across all industry groups, spanning over 20,000 employees and $1.3 billion in revenues. Under his leadership, the SAP practice, with over 200 clients, has evolved to be one of the top five players globally. In a 22-plus-year career, Rajesh has held different positions at multiple levels and has been an integral part of the tremendous high-growth success story of Infosys. Rajesh has spent a considerable part of his career as the business leader of a number of large business transformation projects, driving them with the goal of realizing enhanced value for clients through rigorous governance and proactive risk management. Rajesh is an electronics engineer from the University of Pune.
